When Refunds Are Available

• You may request a full refund if you cancel your appointment up the date and time of your appointment/booking.
• Your booking can also be re-scheduled free of charge to another date/time or transferred to a different person if you like up to your original appointment date/time.
• You may re-schedule your appointment free of charge.  Check your confirmation e-mail which contains the links to schedule & change your appointment date/time.

When Refunds Are Not Available

If you simply decide you want to cancel your service appointment after your appointment date/time, and don’t want to re-schedule it to another date/time, or transfer it to a different person free of charge, refunds are not permitted.

Appointment Exchanges

You may request to change your appointment to a different person free of charge up to your date/time of your appointment.

You may re-schedule your appointment free of charge all the way up to your service appointment date/time.
